FAQs

  • We are located in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are to be found at different locations in the Copenhagen area. The exact location will be clearly stated in our course and event descriptions. We are working on online offerings.

  • Yes! We offer all of our courses and events in English. We only teach in Danish if it is clearly stated or if everyone in the event speaks Danish.

If you are Danish and worried about language then know that we are so happy to translate and take our time for you to completely understand. Sharings can also always be in Danish if needed.

  • Yes! Our course is definitely also for you who have given birth before. We’ll talk about your previous birth(s), the learnings and what you want to take with you as well as what you want to leave behind. Each birth is a new portal, and there’s always more to learn about ourselves, birth, and motherhood.

Furthemore, taking the space each week to sit with this pregnancy with other women is a beautiful way to honour this baby, pregnancy, birth, and transformative time.

  • You are so welcome in our course. C-section is also birth. The birth course is woman-centered and although physiological birth is a theme we create space for ALL choices and birth dreams. There are so many things to prepare for when birthing through the belly and we would love to create more awareness around this for more gentle and autonomous belly birth experiences.

  • Whenever you feel ready. We do recommend that you have finished the course before week 35ish, so that you have that time to dive into the reference list and information that we provide. Some women prefer joining earlier in pregnancy, some a little later so it really depends on how you feel and when you feel ready to dive into the birth space. You can always email us or message us if you have any questions.

  • Yes you are so welcome! For the partner days you can bring someone who you would like to support you in birth. This can be a doula, friend, family member or just anyone who you’re planning to have as a support person.
